  • RATES

    ·      Hourly: $375

    ·      Cleaning fee: $300

    ·      45+ guest surcharge: $250

    ·      Setup and takedown are considered
    part of event length

  • POLICIES

    TIMING:
    All events must conclude by 10:00pm.
    All guests and clear out must be completed by 11:00pm.


    DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS:
    Non-refundable deposit (20%) to book
    Cancellations up to seven (7) days before event

    All rentals are subject to a full rental agreement covering setup, breakdown, cleanup procedures, insurance requirements, and liability.
